Board Meetings COE Directors and Staff Retreat Date: 11/20/08 Time: 3:30PM to 9PM Dinner and guest speaker at Litchfield Resort for all COE Directors and Staff. All RSVP's must be in no later than 11/14/08. Contact Brooke at 843-520-1830 Spaghetti with Santa Date: 12/17/08 Time: 6PM8PM Spaghetti with Santa is a fundraiser sponsored by Georgetown County First Steps. The dinner was a huge success last year and is back by popular demand! The event will be held on December 17th at the Beck Administration Building in Georgetown from 6 to 8 pm. Designed for pre-school aged children and their parents, this event will provide an opportunity to introduce the children to the famous gentleman from the North Pole. Children will receive a small gift from Santa, and photo opportunities will be available. Entertainment will be provided, and our serving staff will be made up of community volunteers and older children from Service Over Self. In order to bring this time of joy and happiness to our pre-schoolers, we are asking for donations from the community and area businesses to help defray the cost of the dinner event. The cost is $ 5 for pre-schoolers, and $ 10 dollars for adults. Would you please be willing to donate a few dollars for families who would like to attend but don’t have the funds? Your donation will also cover the gift from Santa. If you could take a minute of your time and make a donation, First Steps and their families would be most appreciative of your generosity and support.
